Life took an in interesting twist for Ryan in 2014. After the breakdown of a marriage, financial problems and a lifetime of not having the tools to handle negative emotions, he found himself in the depths of drug addiction.
He was in a very dark place, using Ice & GHB everyday and running into trouble with the law.
However, he was not only able to crawl out of that black hole, but was to become the most peaceful & happy he had ever been.
This led him to completely immerse himself in how people end up in emotional pain, and how it’s possible for anyone to be free from it.
This led him to opening The Melbourne Centre of Healing, to help people who have found themselves in the pain he once was.
He has successfully helped many people in getting past their Addictions & Mental Health issues through his experience, understanding and knowledge.

On the outside life looked to be going well, but on the inside was another story. From a car accident, to losing a house and getting fired all in the span of 2 months. To a few years later losing another house and finding myself in a deep depression and a reliance on alcohol and cigarettes.
I wanted to look deeper into why this pattern had kept occurring and why I was sad when I had good friends, my dream car and living on the beach.
I ended up reaching out for help, which was the turning point in my life. I walked out of the session seeing myself and the world in a positive light with a deeper understanding about all the patterns and negative emotions in my life.
I changed careers and have been helping people ever since. I have also spent the last 3 years researching life patterns and the associated emotions and have created a new methodology which turned out to be the most powerful on the market for addictions and mental health problems.

At the age of 22 I was in a good job, earning great money and in a relationship with a nice guy yet I found myself extremely unhappy to the point where I began to have occasional anxiety and panic attacks.
I decided that I wasn't going to settle for the life I'd fallen into - one that would please others but not myself. So I stopped, took a step back and made small changes across all areas of my life, transforming it into one that I began to love.
It was then that I decided I wanted to help other people do the same which I have been doing ever since.
As I immersed myself deeper into all things personal development I learnt the importance of healing the past before being able to create a better future which is why I joined the team at The Melbourne Centre of Healing as their mission is to free people, one at a time by getting to the root cause and healing the past.

A challenging upbringing led Courtney to be diagnosed with generalised anxiety, PTSD, and some crippling self esteem issues. She experienced a number of the prescription medications available and found that the problem was never fixed, but sometimes often replaced with significant side effects. She saw individuals in the current medical system fall to the wayside and never followed up on, often turning to illicit substances or a dependency on pharmaceutical medication to cope.
Discovering that this model was not addressing mental health needs, she sought long-term solutions in aiming to understand biochemical imbalance and neurotransmitter function and discovered the wealth of evidence-based supplementation available to treat the root cause. Breaking the vicious cycle of poor nutrition leading to poor nervous system function is at the forefront of her practice, alongside Melissa and Ryan's sessions, so that clients have both the physical and psychological tools needed to move forward into a better life.
